Cedar Creek Country Club
Located just 4 miles from the center of Mabank in Kemp, the 72-par course at Cedar Creek Country Club hosts almost 7,000 yards of golf. The course opened in 1968 and is now managed by PGA golf professional Randy Tate.
In addition to 18 exciting holes of golf, Cedar Creek Country Club also has newly renovated tennis courts, a swimming pool, a lounge with happy hour specials, and dining six days per week. This is also a great place to hold special events such as weddings or anniversary parties, with full-service event planning and catering available for events.

With 18 holes and over 6,500 yards of golf, King’s Creek Golf Club can’t be beat. This public course opened in 1980 and is centrally located in Kemp. It’s great for all skill levels. A driving range, a putting green, and a teaching pro are on hand to help take your game to the next level.

Star Harbor Golf Club
Star Harbor Golf Club, a nine-hole public course in Malakoff, opened in 1970. Green fees are $15 on both weekdays and weekends. This is a fairly basic course with open fairways and minimal hazards, so it’s a great place for relative beginners to practice or to hone their shot.

Indian Oaks Golf Course, which opened in 2019, is another nine-hole course. Located 20 minutes east of Mabank, it offers well-groomed greens and fairway, challenging holes that are worthwhile for golfers at any level, and friendly staff who are willing to offer tips for playing a great round.

The 18-hole golf course at the Athens Country Club in nearby Athens has a par of 71 and is as enjoyable for experienced players as it is for relative beginners.
