Tri-County Ford is committed to the health and well-being of our customers. That is why we offer home delivery service. Whether you purchased a vehicle or would like to test drive, we will disinfect and bring the vehicle to you. We can even do all of the paperwork in the comfort of your own home.

Just like you, we are closely monitoring new developments regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus). The health and safety of our customers and employees is of the utmost importance. We are committed to doing everything we can to make your visit to our dealership comfortable and safe. While our dealership is thoroughly cleaned each night, we've decided to raise our usual standards of cleanliness and health safety even higher. Maintaining the status quo has never been good enough for our dealership and it shouldn't be for you either. Please know that our intention is to be a leader in meeting the challenge of the Coronavirus.

What We Are Doing Differently:

We have implemented several new policies and procedures, which follow recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Texas Department of Health (Texas Health).

In order to ensure a safe experience for our customers, extended precautionary measures have been put in place. We are closely following guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and local government to ensure sanitary conditions for our customers. Furthermore, we continue to offer conveniences that make it easy for you to shop from home. We are in constant communication with our employees to reinforce our sanitization safety procedures. In addition, we are sanitizing high-traffic public areas at an increased frequency.

We have added additional hand sanitizers and cleaning products throughout the dealership for the convenience of our customers and employees, and have implemented stringent hand washing and sanitizing procedures to take place multiple times a day.

Our Sales Staff is working in timed shifts as to eliminate too much traffic on our showroom floor and to maintain social distancing. 

All dealership personnel are required to stay home from work if they develop respiratory, fever or flu-like symptoms.

Based on these proactive actions that have been implemented -- effective Monday, March 9th -- we are confident that our dealership will continue to be a safe place to conduct business and we will remain open to best serve your needs.

During this time, we know that many of you have concerns, and we're committed to being proactive in keeping you up to date on our website and on social media. 

As of Wednesday, March 10, 2021, the face covering/face mask mandate will be lifted in the state of Texas. Our business recommends, and will take part in, the continued use of PPE and face masks/coverings per the consideration of our customers and employees. We will also continue to take precautionary sanitary measures and practice proper hygiene in order to keep our customers and employees healthy. We will remain at a distance of 6 feet whenever possible and will wear a face covering upon request of any customer. We can also provide our customers with a face mask if they so choose and have plenty of hand sanitizer, soaps and disinfects placed around the dealership. Your health and safety are our number one priority and we look forward to conducting business as usual.
